Local Pickup Policy:

Secure your order with ease during our regular business hours. Our friendly and efficient team ensures a streamlined loading experience. Please present your receipt upon arrival. Note that orders placed after 4 PM will be ready for pickup on the next business day. IMPORTANT Pellet Fuel orders placed for pickup must be picked up within two business days - there will be no holds. Orders placed and delivery is requested must be called in within two business days.

Looking for convenient delivery? We offer this service for orders of at least two tons or two skids, subject to a nominal delivery fee. To arrange delivery, place your order online and then contact our service department at 860-621-5311 (select option 2 for service), or send an email to online@deansstove.com, including your order number.

In-Store Pickup:
Drop by during business hours with your receipt. Orders after 4 PM? Ready the next day. Experience our efficient in-store service.

Nationwide Shipping:
Shop online, then forward your confirmation to online@deansstove.com. Trusted couriers ensure your order's secure journey. Just a heads-up: we ship exclusively within the USA and, for weekend orders after 3 PM EST on Saturday, we'll reach out by Tuesday.

CT Residents Delivery:
In Connecticut? Enjoy free delivery with every online purchase - does not pertain to pellet fuel orders. Order, email us at online@deansstove.com, and relax. We've got it covered.

If you place an order outside of our regular business hours, we will get in touch with you on the next business day.

Please Note: Our FREE delivery service is limited to Connecticut residents. Delivery fees are separate from the cost of your pellet fuel purchase. If you place an online order after 3 PM EST on Saturday and request delivery, please expect to be contacted on Tuesday, as our operations are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Shipping Protocols:

At Dean's Stove & Spa, we meticulously select the most suitable freight carrier for your delivery. It is essential to note that once your package is in the hands of the delivery service, alterations to the destination or specific timing requests are beyond our control.

Deliveries of Large Packages:

For substantial orders that necessitate freight shipping, additional details can be acquired by reaching out to us at online@deansstove.com.

Shipping to Isolated Locations:

Should your location be remote or challenging to access, be aware that supplementary shipping fees may apply. We will promptly inform you of any additional costs involved.

Address Inaccuracies & Unsuccessful Freight Attempts:

In cases where a package is returned due to erroneous address details, the cost of shipping in both directions will be your responsibility.

Deliveries Beyond the Continental U.S.:

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please consult us directly. For international orders, we can route the package to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice.
