Dean's Stove & Spa Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For a return:

The product must remain unopened and unused.
Special orders or used products are non-returnable.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for unopened products returned within 30 days.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days, depending on operational hours.
PELLET FUEL IS NON-RETURNABLE

Non-eligible items for return:

Used or installed items.
Clearance items.
Warehouse Deal Items.
Custom, special, and made-to-order products.
Items marked as "non-returnable."

Damages: In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, notify us within five calendar days of delivery.

Price Matching Assurance Details:

Should you discover the same item offered at a lower cost from a local or online retail rival, inclusive of any shipping and delivery charges, present us with the current advertisement or a digital snapshot, be it on a printout, mobile screen, or app. We will honor the competitor's price. Please note that this assurance is not eligible for combination with other promotions.

How to Initiate a Price Match:

For a price match, reach out to us via phone or email. Upon informing us of the item and the competing price, we will conduct a verification before finalizing the price adjustment.

What Constitutes Valid Proof for Price Matching?

Acceptable proof can be the full printed ad or a photograph or photocopy of it. Digital renditions are also permissible. For online competitor pricing, a web link to the specified price suffices. Our sales associate will proceed to authenticate the match.

Be aware that shipping and delivery charges are factored into the price match evaluation.

Stock Availability Requirement:

To qualify for a price match, the competing item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of your request.
